Delete your Waggin' Wagon account

For accounts in the Waggin' Wagon app by Darren Palandri / Waggin' Wagon.

Option 1 — right in the app

  1. Open the Waggin' Wagon app and sign in.
  2. Go to Account (bottom tab).
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm — your account is deleted immediately.

Option 2 — email us

Send a request to amanda@officialwagginwagon.com from the email address on your account, and we'll delete it within 7 days.

What gets deleted, and what we keep

Deleted: your profile (name, email, phone, address), your dogs' profiles, photos of your dogs, messages, and your booking preferences.

Kept: payment and invoice records we're legally required to retain for accounting purposes. These are kept only as long as required by law.

Deleting your account does not cancel unpaid balances for services already provided.
